Using DropFolks. These terms cover access to our website and applications. Role-specific terms also apply when you register as a customer, store partner or staff member. You must provide accurate information, have authority to act for any business you represent, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful material, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Service availability. Available stores, products, delivery areas and features may change. Creating an account does not guarantee partner approval or that commercial ordering is available. Where a payment or order is explicitly identified as simulated, no real payment or delivery commitment arises from it. Do not use the service for emergencies.

Content and intellectual property. You retain rights in content you submit and grant DropFolks permission to host, process and display it as needed to operate the service. You must have the right to supply it. DropFolks branding and software may not be copied or used to imply affiliation without permission. Report inaccurate or infringing content to info@dropfolks.ca.

Restrictions and account closure. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, unlawful activity, inaccurate applications or a material breach. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow a response. You may request closure through support; closure does not erase unresolved obligations or records we must retain.

Responsibility and changes. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every listing is error-free. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Material updates will be identified with a new version and, where appropriate, presented for renewed acceptance. Contact support first to discuss a concern; this does not prevent you from using available legal remedies.
